Thanks for the recipe! What is your preferred rolling tool? Traditional rolling pin? Chinese-style dowel? French pin? Wine bottle?

I use a small rolling pin, somewhat of a hybrid between a regular rolling pin and a Chinese one. Small enough to be convenient, large enough to give enough pressure for flatbreads - best of both worlds 😅
